Deep Nostalgia Ai ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://deepnostalgiaai.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, AI photo animation, and photo restoration services, how we use and share it, and how you can contact us about your information.

Information We Collect

Account and sign-in information

When you register or sign in, we collect information needed to create and secure your account, such as your email address, name, account identifier, and authentication/session information. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the account information needed to authenticate you, such as your name, email address, and profile image, subject to the permissions shown during sign-in. We do not receive your Google password.

Google Sign-In data

We use information received through Google Sign-In, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and account identifier, only to authenticate you and create or link your Deep Nostalgia Ai account. We do not use Google user data to generate images or videos, and we do not send Google user data to our AI generation provider. We retain account information while your account is active and handle deletion requests as described in “Data Retention and Deletion.” You can revoke Google access in your Google Account settings.

Photos, prompts, and generated results

When you use the animation service, we process the photo or image you submit, the text prompt and generation options you provide, and the resulting video and related task information. Photos may contain images of you or other people. Only upload images you have the right to use. We use these materials to create and deliver your requested result and, when you are signed in, to show your creations in your account.

When you use photo restoration, the selected original image is uploaded to tmp.opr.run and its temporary URL is sent to OpenAPI for AI processing. We do not save the original image in our storage. We save the restored result in a private R2 bucket and serve it through an authenticated route to your account. Do not submit a photo unless you are comfortable sending it to these service providers for processing.

When photo-restoration test mode is enabled, the original image still goes through tmp.opr.run upload, but is not sent to OpenAPI. We save a private copy as a simulated result to verify the upload and result flow.

Orders and payment information

If you purchase credits, we collect order details such as the product, amount, currency, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Payments are handled by the payment provider presented at checkout. We receive payment confirmations and related transaction details; your full card or payment credentials are handled by that provider and are not stored by us unless the checkout flow specifically says otherwise.

Technical and usage information

Our website and hosting providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages or features accessed, timestamps, and error or security logs. We also use essential cookies or similar storage to maintain sessions, remember necessary preferences, and protect the website. If we enable optional analytics or advertising tools, those tools may use cookies or similar technologies as described when they are enabled.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create and secure accounts and authenticate sign-ins;
• process submitted photos and prompts, generate videos, restore photos, and display or deliver results;
• manage credits, orders, payments, and customer support;
• send account, service, and transaction-related messages;
• operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and protect the service, including detecting fraud or abuse; and
• meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use submitted photos or prompts to identify people. We use them to provide the generation features you request.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide and protect the service, or as required by law. Depending on the features you use and our current configuration, recipients may include:

• AI generation providers, which process submitted images, prompts, and generation requests to create videos or restored photos;
• cloud hosting and storage providers, which host the website and may store account, task, image, or video data;
• payment providers, which process purchases and report transaction status;
• authentication and email providers, which support sign-in and service messages; and
• authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and/or our instructions, depending on their role. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account, order, support, and service records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Prompts, task records, generated videos, and restored photo results may be retained to complete generation and make your creations available. Original photos submitted for restoration are sent to the AI provider and are not saved in our storage. Restored results are kept in private storage and served only to the account that created them. Retention can also depend on the provider used for a request.

You can ask us to delete your account information or specific content by emailing support@deepnostalgiaai.com. We will review and respond to your request, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies held in backups or by providers; those copies are removed according to their retention and deletion processes.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies or similar technologies for sign-in sessions, security, and necessary site functions. Your browser can usually be set to block or remove cookies, but some features may then stop working. Optional analytics or advertising cookies, if used, are subject to the controls and notices provided by the relevant tool or browser.

International Processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws in those countries may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may access and update some account information through your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact support@deepnostalgiaai.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can stop using the service at any time and can revoke Google account access through your Google account settings. This does not automatically delete information already stored by us; contact us to request deletion.

Children's Privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. If a higher minimum age applies where you live, that age applies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our service or practices change. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
